As Escondido homeowners, John and his partner Niki understand the work of caring for a home, coordinating property projects, and keeping useful records. That personal experience shaped a service built around independent, dated photographic records.
John handles inquiries, property visits, documentation, and delivery. Every assignment is completed or personally reviewed by him.
