Website content is general information about photographic documentation services. It is not construction, inspection, engineering, architecture, appraisal, legal, insurance, or financial advice.
Service boundary
The Documented Home records observable conditions and organizes agreed information. We do not inspect, certify, approve, supervise, manage, appraise, determine causation, review code compliance, adjust claims, or guarantee contractor performance, completion, coverage, or reimbursement.
Access and authorization
Property visits require lawful access and owner authorization. Customers remain responsible for permissions, safe access, contractor direction, professional advice, approvals, and payments.
Records and delivery
Records are limited to the agreed scope, timing, visibility, and access. Final reports are delivered as PDFs with organized photographs. Customers are responsible for downloading and preserving final deliverables.
Customer privacy
Customer photographs, interiors, possessions, addresses, documents, and project information are not used publicly without separate written permission.
