Privacy and data handling.
We limit public-form collection and handle detailed property records through an agreed private process.
Website inquiries
Public forms collect contact details, general property location, service interest, timing, and a short description so we can respond. Do not submit interior photographs, serial numbers, financial records, or sensitive household files through a public form.
Service records
After engagement, services may involve property addresses, interior and exterior photographs, possessions, visible equipment information, and owner-provided records. Detailed materials are collected only through the agreed service process.
Use and sharing
Inquiry information is used to respond and administer requested services. Customer property material is not used in marketing, samples, social media, or public case studies without separate written permission. Service providers may process information only as needed for hosting, email, file delivery, and business operations.
Delivery and retention
Final reports are delivered as PDFs with organized photographs through private file delivery. Customers should download and preserve final deliverables. Working project files are normally retained for 90 days after final delivery unless otherwise agreed or required for legitimate business or legal recordkeeping.
Analytics and advertising
The site may measure advertising attribution and confirmed form completion only when an approved measurement tool and its required consent controls are enabled. Google Ads measurement is disabled by default. Enhanced conversions are not enabled, and form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, street addresses, and other contact details are not sent as Google Ads event parameters.
Questions and requests
To ask about personal information or request deletion, contact contact@thedocumentedhome.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legitimate legal, security, accounting, or contractual retention needs.
